Happy Day

My daughter, Jennifer, was born 26 years ago today.

I had lunch with her today and I marvel at how she has grown into such a gracious lady. Fair of face and limb with strong convictions. She's quiet and yet she radiates a calm confiedence.

I admire her generosity of spirit and the care and compassion she brings to the animals and children under her care.

She's bright and witty and I am proud to be her dad.

If I do nothing else in my life; I will have left the world a better place simply by playing a role in her being here.

So, celebrate with me the joy she brings into my life.
