In a revealing survey sponsored by ASTD, SHRM, The Conference Board and Corporate Voices for Working Families, Creativity ranked as the #1 needed skill for organizations in which employers are NOT offering training. Hmmmmm....decision makers, are we afraid of creativity or confused? Why are we not training in this area?
