Are You Worthy of Trust

I'm re-reading a great book, The Speed of Trust, by Stephen M. R. Covey. The author builds upon Principle-Centered Leadership by his father, Stephen Covey. Another great book.

In both works the authors reinforce that trust is the cement that bonds all relationships.

Its absence slows all transactions and increases the cost.

Most of us focus upon whether or not we can trust other people. The Coveys encourage us to focus upon whether or not we are trustworthy.

Let me encourage you to read The Speed of Trust or listen to the book on tape or CD.

It's a stimulating and provocative read.
