Driving Without a License - Giant Squid Killed

HOBART, Australia (AP) - A squid as long as a bus and weighing 550 pounds was found dead early this morning in a fiery single car crash near the new exit ramp on Belfry. This is the third such crash in recent months and has residents and tourist alike terrified and demanding local government take action, now.

It seems none of solo drivers in each of the three fatal crashes had drivers licenses or had their seat belts fastened. "This shows total disregard for the law and if giant squids don't obey the law, why should we expect our children, or adults for that matter, to," exclaimed an angry Marsha Smithies as she watch the charred remains of the latest squid victim being carried away on a stretcher.

In a brief interview with one of the paramedics on the scene, Josh Hartman suggested that Hobart Town Hall should sponsor a major cookout at Marjoram Park and let town folk feast on the newly departed. " That will show those bastards not to drive without a license," Josh screamed.
